About Walter Gebert
My career has taken me from international sales and executive leadership to turnarounds, insolvency proceedings and operational rebuilds. Today, that experience forms the basis of my work through WaGe-Control.

Walter Gebert
I have built, led, restructured and stabilised businesses and manufacturing operations in Germany and the United States – first as the executive accountable for them, and later as an independent adviser.
The common thread was not a particular sector or function. It was the nature of the situation: complex, commercially demanding and dependent on clear decisions followed by disciplined execution.
